At JeongSun, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for processing refunds for items purchased from our store, including Gaming Headsets, Smart Watches, Keyboards, Mice, Game Controllers, and related Accessories.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return Timeframe: You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in resalable condition, or are missing components are not eligible for a standard refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded for hygiene and digital rights reasons:
- Software, digital downloads, or opened software licenses.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-configured products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Refund Process
- Initiate a Request: To start a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- Return Authorization & Instructions: Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item with all original contents and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refund Timelines
After your return is approved, please allow the following time for the refund to be completed:
- Credit Card / Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal / Other Payment Processors: 3-5 business days.
The timing depends on your financial institution's processing periods.
Defective or Incorrect Items
