At JeongSun, we are committed to getting your gaming gear and tech accessories to you reliably. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures and what you can expect after placing your order.

Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option to serve all our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default and only shipping method. Delivery times vary based on your location.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Domestic (South Korea): 3-7 business days after processing.
  • North America & Europe: 10-20 business days after processing.
  • Asia Pacific: 7-15 business days after processing.
  • Other Regions: 15-30 business days after processing.

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local postal services, or weather events.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items and your delivery address. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The exact cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to JeongSun. We cannot predict or control these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. JeongSun is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will try to modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier. For any issues with lost or damaged shipments, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you.
